Early registration is highly recommended to benefit from discounted rates.

Confirmation & Receipt

• A confirmation email will be sent after the registration fee has been successfully received and verified.
• Official receipts will be available for collection onsite at the registration desk.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email within seven (7) days after making the transfer, please contact the Secretariat.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.
• Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event, with any associated bank fees deducted.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
