1. Payment

• Credit card payment only (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover).
• Payments are processed via a secure gateway.
• Service/processing fees are borne by the registrant.
• Final charges may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

2. Confirmation & Documents

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration and payment.
• Receipts and certificates will be available after the event.
• If confirmation is not received within 7 days, contact the Secretariat.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• By May 31, 2026: Full refund minus processing fee.
• From June 1, 2026: No refund.
• Cancellation must be requested by email.
• Refunds are processed after the event; bank fees will be deducted.
• No refunds for no-shows.

4. Personal Data

• Personal information is used for registration management only.
• Data is not shared with third parties except essential service providers.
• Data may be corrected or deleted upon request.

5. Liability & Changes

• The organizer is not responsible for personal loss or injury.
• Program, venue, or format may change without prior notice.
• In force majeure situations, refunds follow organizer policy.
